I understand that life happens.

My cancellation policy is as follows:

At least 24 hour notice

 Less than 12 hours, will have a fee of $40.

All current clients, 2 no show/no call, all future appointments will be cancelled.

Grace period of 10 mins, for tardiness. it is my right to refuse service.

Please do not come to appointment sick, I will refuse the service and the cancellation fee will be added.

As a mom, free time can be limited, therefore children aren't allowed in my suite, unless they are getting a service. This is a self care time, and I have dangerous chemicals and tools. If an emergency happens (babysitter flaked), please ask before arrival.
